Steps
- Mash 1/2 of the banana and add to your lidded container. Put the other half in the fridge.
- Next, add the oats, milk, chia seeds, almond butter, cardamom and salt and stir until thoroughly combined.
- To add sweetness to the oats, remove the stone from the date, cut into small pieces and stir into the oat mixture.
- Refrigerate overnight and serve in the morning topped with a handful of blueberries, a drizzle of almond butter and the rest of the banana cut into slices.
